Its particular configuration of the region, built half stone, half troglodyte, provides a constant temperature all year round, without humidity.
You will be 20 minutes from Amboise, 30 minutes from Chenonceau, in the heart of the Vouvray and Montlouis vineyards.
On the ground floor :
- a large living space with living room, television with Freebox channels, free wifi via ADSL, lunch area, a large spacious troglodyte kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and filter, electric stove, a troglodyte room with a ping-pong table and an electric bike, separate toilet with a laundry area with washing machine
On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with a 140x190 bed and a 140x190 sofa bed, 1 bathroom with toilet and shower
Outside :
- a terrace with garden furniture, a space to store your bikes.
Parking is free and easy right in front of the house.
