Ideally located in a small village with an authentic character, this house with typical architecture will enchant you with its environment, the quietude of the places and its sunning.
In the heart of one of the best preserved natural areas of the Island, it will allow you to take full advantage of the major and varied attractions of Oléron.
You will be less than 10 minutes from the beaches of the ocean (west coast) or beaches of Boyardville (east coast), which will allow you according to the prevailing winds or the state of the sea, to choose the beach Better exposed.
You are halfway between the west coast and the east coast, and a stone's throw from the Ileo water complex, the Oléron Golf Club, Myocastor Park and the Marais aux Oiseaux, and less than 5 minutes from the shops.
For those who love cycling, the bike paths are at the end of the access road to the small private property which also includes 3 other dwellings.
We wish our guests enjoy the comfort that we too, would like to find in a rental.
So we have adapted it for our taste.
Besides, when you leave us a little free time, we benefit!

"Vacances au calme"
Accueil très chaleureux. La maison est bien agencée, bien décorée avec un équipement très complet.
Elle se situe dans un environnement calme et très agréable avec une petite terrasse sans vis à vis.
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et vous en remercions.

"un havre de paix dans une charmante petite maison"
Séjour très agréable dans une maison très propre et joliment décorée,petite terrasse sans vis à vis ,endroit très calme.

"Une location en plein cœur de l'île"
Nous avons loué cette maison pendant l'ascension. L'endroit est calme, idéal pour se déconnecter. Les voisins sont discrets et pas de bruits spécifiques à noter. On peut dormir paisiblement. La location est nickel, du sol au plafond, propre, bien rénovée. Il y a tout le nécessaire. Je recommande vivement cette location !

"Agréable séjour"
Maison très agréable bien adaptée pour 4 personnes, nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse qui est tranquille, pas de vis à vis. Très calme la nuit tout comme en journée et un accueil très très agréable.

"Très bon séjour"
Petite maison très agréable, bien équipée pour 4 personnes avec de l'espace et très propre. Petite terrasse en bois à l'arrière agréable (seules les tables de salon de jardin ne sont pas pratiques à nettoyer et dommage que les hautes herbes du terrain accolé ne soient pas coupées!). Les 2 vélos à disposition sont très pratiques.
