Recent holiday home in the charming Orée des Dunes residence, located 300 m from the Huttes beach.
We are 2.5 km from the shops and the Saint-Denis market (present every day), by the cycle path or by road.

To the northwest of the island, you will be close to the wild coast and its cycle path, the Chassiron lighthouse, Fort Boyard, La Rochelle and the islands of Aix and Ré by sea shuttles. The windswept huts beach is popular with sports enthusiasts for surfing, kitesurfing, bodyboarding and windsurfing. moreover the beach of fine sand and pebbles, over a distance of 5km, supervised all summer is ideal for a family. You can get there on foot or by bike.

The 87m² house (ground floor + first floor) is composed of:

• a ground floor with an equipped American kitchen (vitroceramic hob, combination microwave, dishwasher, etc.) and a living room (3-seater sofa, flat screen, Wifi, table with 6 chairs, including 2 folding chairs) facing south onto a garden with table and deckchairs. In the cupboards and buffet you will find crockery and utensils for 6 people.

Each bed: a disposable mattress pad, plus disposable pillow protection, fleece blanket and light and warm duvet, pillows and a 140 bolster.

Bedding has its own additional protections.
Duvet 220×240 and 150×200.

You will have part of our garage 30m from the house, with 4 bikes available including a 26-inch teen bike. A bicycle is compatible for receiving a child seat or towing a cart (not supplied).
Sheets and towels are not provided.
