For your holidays, house 35 m² facing south, in a quiet condominium with unheated swimming pool (open from June 15 to September 15), 400m from the beaches of Pouldu.
The week depending on period: from 300 to 600 €
On the ground floor :
- living room: sofa, TV
- kitchen: oven, fridge-freezer, hob, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee and kettle, toaster
- bathroom with shower, WC, washing machine, hairdryer
- vacuum cleaner, table and iron
Upstairs :
- bedroom bed 140
- bedroom with 2 single beds
Exterior:
- private enclosed garden with south-facing terrace
- garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue
- private parking space adjacent to the garden
Very clean and functional house, well equipped to make your stay pleasant. Household products available.
Sheets are provided, beds made on arrival.
Until 30/05/2020: additional electricity costs: 0.17 € / kWh, according to statement
We rent by the week, from Saturday to Saturday.
On request, loan of a cot and a high chair.
Family seaside resort, Le Pouldu is located on the edge of Morbihan.
Starting point for the discovery of the most famous pearls of southern Finistère: Pont-Aven, Concarneau, Quimper.
Nearby, in Morbihan: Guidel, Lorient, the island of Groix.
From the house, direct and car-free access to the fine sand beaches (Grands sables, Bellangenêt, Kérou), the many small coves and the customs trail (GR34).
Nearby: bakeries, crêperies, restaurants, café, Tourist Office.
For any information or reservation request, you can contact us by email, or by phone, preferably from 7 p.m.
Animals are not allowed.
We will welcome you in person when you arrive.

"Super séjour"
