Ideally located in La Cotinière and also 10 min walk from the beaches, the port and its many shops (bakery, market, butcher, restaurants, souvenir shops, press, sale of fish from the auction, etc.) and 200 m from cycle paths.
The main town of Saint-Pierre-d'Oléron is 3 km away
Secure parking for 2 cars, with gates.
Terrace at the back of the house, not overlooked, fully enclosed grounds, with garden furniture, deck chairs, parasol, awning and barbecue.
Equipment available: dishwasher, washing machine, TV, oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, chair high and bed with mattress for baby.
Bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasin and separate WC.

"Superbes vacances à la Cotinière"
Séjour très agréable dans un joli gîte très bien aménagé, propre. Le jardin est le bienvenu pour nos amis à 4 pattes. Le coin est calme. Gîte bien situé pour visiter l'île, proche de la piste cyclable.
Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

"Un lieu de proximité tout confort"
Un grand merci pour l'accueil que nous avons reçus. La maison est très bien située : proche du port de la cotiniere a pied ou a vélo. Proche également des pistes cyclables.
La maison est grande, calme, et très bien équipée.
Je recommande et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

"Petite maison très sympa"
Petite maison simple mais très agréable avec petit jardin clos nous avons bien été reçu avec notre chien pour une semaine en septembre et avons passé un très bon séjour à 5 minutes des commerces et du port de La Cotinière il y a l'équipement nécessaire pour l'intérieur et l'extérieur on peut rentrer la voiture dans le jardin les vélos dans le garage tout était parfait je recommande

"adresse excellente"
Accueil très sympathique par les propriétaires accompagné de petites attentions à notre arrivée. Tout était parfait. Les photos sont conformes au logement. La literie est top. Proximité de la mer et des commerces de la Cotinière. Location à recommandée. Encore merci à Emilie et Franck.

"Séjour parfait"
