Upstairs house with exceptional view of the Caribbean Sea and its Islands (Dominica, Saintes, Guadeloupe)
Its location in the countryside ensures tranquility, the beach is 400 m away as the crow flies in a 15-minute leisurely walk.
Two terraces considerably enlarge the house, one to the East overlooking the sunrise and moon, the other to the West overlooking the sunset.
Very naturally ventilated house, plus fan in all rooms, mosquito nets on all doors and windows
1or 2 bedrooms with sunrise view.
Comfortable living room and lounge
TV (works with connection sharing)
Equipped kitchen (2 refrigerators, electric oven, toaster, washing machine, 4 gas burners)
