Maisonette on the ground floor, very comfortable.
Our house is located on the same property but individual entrance, part of the land reserved for you, only the parking is shared.

No party will be accepted. Any visit or stay by an outside person must be reported.

The accommodation consists of:
- a spacious main room with dining area and lounge area with a double sofa bed
- open fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, 3-burner induction hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine)
- a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, dressing room
- bathroom with shower
- large south-facing terrace with pergola and inflatable spa, barbecue, deckchairs. If you want to take advantage of the spa, ask me before so that it is heated
- reversible climate control

Spa in winter in December and January.

Dogs accepted on request (max 2), with supplement to be paid on site. € 10 for a stay of 1 to 2 nights, € 25 for a stay of more than 2 nights. This supplement corresponds to cleaning costs. They will be able to let off steam on the 3000 m² plot, alone, the parking lot is perfectly fenced.

Available 2 bicycles are available for exploring the surrounding countryside, including 1 equipped with a child seat.

I take care of the end-of-stay cleaning at no extra charge, but you will be asked for some instructions (unmade beds, kitchen and dishes cleaned and tidy, bins emptied ...)

What would you say, on your return from a long walk to the fortress, to end the day with a raclette evening in your lodge? Raclette platter (cheese, cold meats and potatoes) → products from the Bognard butcher in Mornas = 15 € / person. Remember to book the day before.
Single appliance rental for raclette and fondue € 5.

Ideally located at the crossroads of Vaucluse, Ardèche, Gard and Drôme. A 10 min motorway access allows many visits.
Nearby: several hikes from the house including one of 7 km which leads to the medieval Fortress of Mornas with its lively visits. A binder is available in the accommodation containing hiking routes and tourist brochures. I will also give you the link to my Facebook page grouping together some of my walks.

Within a radius of 5 to 30 km:
- Orange, a Roman city with its ancient theater and its Triumphal Arch
- Exo84, leisure center entirely dedicated to the practice of water skiing and wakeboarding
- many water points for swimming and walking: Lake Li Piboulo in Piolenc - the Girardes leisure area in Lapalud - Lake Pignedoré in Pierrelatte
- Parc Alexis Gruss in Piolenc
- Pierrelatte crocodile farm
- the beaches of Saint-Martin-d'Ardèche, the southern gateway to the Gorges de l'Ardèche
- several "Most beautiful villages in France": Aiguèze, La Garde-Adhémar, La Roque-sur-Cèze with the Sautadet waterfalls

- Avignon (visit of the papal palace and its famous bridge) - Theater festival in July
