The house offers: 1 living room, 1 dining room with equipped American kitchen, a troglodyte scullery with large fridge-freezer, washing machine, dryer, and separate WC.
Upstairs: large TV lounge, 3 bedrooms with double bed (160, 160, 140 and 2 pull-out beds of 90 in the TV lounge, 1 bathroom with tub and shower and shower, 1 shower room,
1 independent WC.
The independent troglodyte studio consists of a living room with an equipped kitchenette, double bed 160, shower room and separate WC.
The set is very comfortable and a lot of charm.
The house is located in a hamlet of character close to the Loire, the vineyards and the village of Rochecorbon where the traders offer quality local products and the winegrowers tasting workshops and cellar tours.
On the banks of the Loire, the guinguette concocts salads and grills in a rural setting.
From the house, many visits and hikes are available to you and in the heart of the Loire Valley, castles and historical monuments will delight you.
Vouvray swimming pool 3 km away, possibility of renting bicycles.

La maison de Christine et Didier est un véritable havre de paix à 2 pas des bords de Loire. Belle bâtisse ancienne décorée avec goût, en mêlant ancien et design contemporain, nous nous y sommes sentis d'emblée comme chez nous ! La dépendance troglodyte assure un séjour totalement dépaysant en nous immergeant dans la culture locale.
Accueil chaleureux et décontracté, gourmandises en cadeau de bienvenue, terrasse magnifique aux multiples espaces qui permettent à chacun de trouver son bonheur entre ombre et soleil, farniente et activité, en solo ou à plusieurs... et bien sûr un spa généreux, bienvenu après une grande journée de balade à travers les plus beaux châteaux et jardins de Loire, tous proches !
Une très belle adresse si vous recherchez un pied-à-terre dans la région, où tous les sites remarquables sont à moins de 1 heure de trajet, ou pour jouer les ermites dans un cadre reposant.
