Bicycle hireWe offer a pleasant house, in a quiet and wooded residence, approx. 200 m. from the beach, located in Saint-Georges-de-Didonne, near Royan at 5 km, La Palmyre and its zoo at 16 km, Meschers and its caves at 6 km, Talmont - typical village and its Romanesque church at 12 km, as well as Saujon and its thermal baths 11 km away, 1.5 km from the village shops.
Summer shops adjoining the residence: bar, press, tobacconist, beach bazaar, in season: supermarket 300 m away, restaurant-pizzeria, and bike hire.
In season many activities, day and night in town and on the seaside, night market, podium, children's club, swimming and sailing school, mini golf and tree climbing nearby...
Common parking in the residence.
The house is offered for 4 people, including:
- entrance, living room, living room, with a sofa bed, a flat screen TV TNT
- kitchenette: 2 electric ceramic hobs, microwave oven, electric coffee maker, iron and ironing board, washing machine, fridge-freezer, column-type fan, etc.

We are registered on the registers of the town hall of Saint-Georges-de-Didonne and the Community of Agglomeration Royan Atlantique to which we pay the tourist tax.
