2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, kitchen, living room with sofa bed.
You will appreciate the place for its warmth, welcome and ease of access.
Departure from the tour of the lake and walk along the canal de l'Est from the house on foot or by bike (possibility of bike rental 1 minute away).
Outdoor plancha on the terrace.

I am still in a professional activity, on weekdays I can therefore welcome you from 6.30 p.m., on weekends from 5 p.m.
In case of absence or if you want an early arrival, a secure key box allows you an independent entry into the house.
A cat with the sweet name of Patounette is part of the house.

Deposit: 500 €
Cleaning deposit: 100 € to be paid on arrival
The reservation will be final upon receipt of the rental amount or a deposit: beyond 7 days from your telephone agreement the house will be leased

Rules of procedure:
• an inventory is made on your arrival and on your departure
• smoking is prohibited in the house
• the premises must be left tidy and clean
• the neighborhood must not be disturbed by noise or other nuisance ...
• direct cutting on worktops is prohibited: use a cutting board
• cleaning with jex pads or other abrasive material is prohibited
• cigarette butts must not be thrown in indoor garbage cans, on floors (lawns or circulation air)
• if the outdoor plancha is used it must be made clean and the drawer emptied
• a cat is present in the house, please leave the cat flaps clear so that she can come in and out when she sees fit

• selective sorting must be carried out!
1) recyclable waste in yellow bags: paper, cardboard, plastic and aluminum bottles
2) glass (evacuated by you: a glass container is placed on the beach path in CHAUMOUSEY)
3) the all-rounder: in the green bin outside
