AIR-CONDITIONED HOUSE IN HAUT-LANGUEDOC BETWEEN AVÈNE-LES-BAINS AND LAMALOU-LES-BAINS

Let us rent, from April to October, a stone house of 70 m², renovated, air-conditioned, with a semi-covered terrace of 16 m² facing the mountains, and fenced land of around 700 m²; located in a pretty hamlet adjoining Bousquet-d'Orb, in the Haut-Languedoc regional natural park, between Avène-les-Bains and Lamalou-les-Bains, close to the A75.

The accommodation is planned for 4 to 6 people (+ baby bed), on two levels overlooking the garden.
On the ground floor: on one level on the village side:
- large living room-kitchen with fireplace
• lounge area: sofa + TV + radio/CD player, small furniture
• kitchen area with everything you need + dishwasher, freezer
- terrace facing the mountains, without vis-à-vis, with table, chairs and stone sink. From the terrace, access to the cellar, the garden and the vaulted cellar (washing machine, possibility of storing bicycles, windsurfing boards (SALAGOU lake nearby) or strollers), barbecue available
- public and private parking (garden)
- garden furniture, sun loungers

Upstairs: an open corridor leads to 2 bedrooms of 13 m²
- 1 bedroom with 140 bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe and cupboard
- bathroom, separate WC

All equipped and secure for young children: folding bed, stroller, bath, high chair, barriers for stairs installed if necessary.
Bicycles and sailboards can be stored away.

All shops in Bousquet-d'Orb (5 min walk), markets, supermarkets and cinemas nearby (Bédarieux, Béziers, Lodeve, Lamalou).

Located halfway between the Larzac plateau and the Mediterranean, the region offers, in addition to spa treatments or treatments at Avène and Lamalou, many tourist opportunities: fishing: famous trout rivers (Orb), swimming in the river or in the Lunas nautical base (5 min by car); horse riding, tennis, many hiking trails, Lac du Salagou, Gorges de l'Hérault, d'Héric, Grottes de la Clamouse, Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, Plateau du Larzac with gorges, caves, Tibetan Temple, Templar village of La Couvertoirade, Roquefort Cellars, Millau Viaduct; to the south, sea 50 km away.
