At 500m from the beaches of the Atlantic, south of the Rhuys Peninsula, in a quiet environment in the village of Beg-Lann in SARZEAU, you will enjoy a small contemporary house (4 persons), clear and recent that includes :
• on the ground floor: a large living room with an equipped kitchen (crockery, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, gas cooker, hood, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, ...) , a lounge (flat screen TV, radio, board games) and a dining room overlooking a terrace to the south, shaded by its pergola (garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs). Barbecue in hard.
• upstairs :
- 1 bedroom with 140 bed, wardrobe
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90
- 1 shower room (shower, washing machine)

2 WC (ground floor and floor)

For baby: 1 cot, a high chair, a baby bath, a small pot.

The house (57 m²) is terraced, but without vis-à-vis with enclosed garden and independent parking.
It is located :
- 500 meters from the big beach (so no car to take). Cale for launching boats and fishing for enthusiasts (oysters, clams, shrimps)
- 5 km from the beautiful Gulf of Morbihan
- 3 km from the village of Sarzeau and its shops
- 2 km from Suscinio Castle
- 10 km from the Crouesty harbor, its thalassotherapy center and its golf course
Many coastal paths.

You can only have a great holiday and keep excellent memories of this beautiful region of South Brittany.

Take the N 165 (Nantes - Quimper axis). Exit on the D 780: Direction the Presqu'île de Rhuys. When you reach the SUPER U of Sarzeau, go completely around the roundabout and 50 m further on enter the super U (The GPS tells you to go further, but the old road is blocked)
Then at the roundabout in front of the petrol station, turn left: Beg lann, Calzac.
You go about 3 km in the countryside and after the farm (on the right) you turn left, direction Beg-lann.

On the right, you will immediately see our residence, take the 2nd entrance on the right, then immediately on the right (1st double house on the left) it's simpler.
If by mistake, you take the 1st entrance, you have to go around the entire residence, because we are right next to the 2nd entrance.
