"In a quiet and sunny area of La Bourboule, 5 minutes walk from the center and thermal baths, you will appreciate this apartment of 50 m².
Completely refurbished in 2018, it is tastefully decorated.
To the left of the hall, a large room with kitchen area (ceramic hob 3 burners, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer), large lounge area with TV, sofa bed new and comfortable, rocking chair.
On the right the large bedroom offers a bed of 140 and a bed of 80. The bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink is very nice. A laundry closet with washer and dryer is installed in the lobby.
Private courtyard garden with private parking - possibility of entering your vehicle - The gate locks.
A cabana in the garden will accommodate your skis or your bike.
This private garden courtyard of 70 m² will welcome you for sunny meals and siestas in the shade (or otherwise) of lilacs in May, cherries in June-July, and a large holly that watches over all this. It is possible to park a car there.
It is an ideal base to discover the Auvergne and the Cantal, to make long hikes in the forest, to go swimming in the lakes of mountain, to discover the beauty of the villages and to visit monuments.
La Bourboule is a small, lively spa town. There is always something going on.
The Mont Dore ski slopes are a 10-minute drive away.
The aperitifs in music, the concerts on the place or in the casino, the library, as well as a cinema and numerous restaurants will enable you to discover the local gastronomy.
Stylish breweries and cafes are there to cool off on the terrace, or to have a hot drink in the lounges.
And for the players there is even a casino!

Trè contents de notre séjour en 2022 maison très agréable très calme proche du centre ville Logement tout refait à neuf La preuve c’est que nous y retournons au mois de juillet Hâte de retrouver cette petite maison pleine de charme
