Our house (ground floor accessible to the PMR) will be your home port after a day of beach or getaways:
- a cozy living room - dining room to rest
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen to facilitate meal preparation
- a semi-open courtyard overlooking terrace "South" for outdoor dining and to extend the summer evenings with family or friends
- comfortable rooms with quality bedding
Located in the hamlet of Kervin (quiet area), close to the picturesque port of Lérat and its beach (supervised in summer), this recent building has underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators. floor powered by a heat pump.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment, whether or not you want to simmer small dishes: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, induction cooktop, hood vacuum cleaner, saucepan, casseroles, pressure cooker, fondue set, storage space.
The scullery has a lingerie area, iron and ironing board, washing machine, drying rack and cleaning set
The bedding includes mattress covers, duvets and pillows (50x70).
Provide flat sheets and fitted sheets as well as pillowcases (not supplied)
An independent and closed garage will house your car and a paved area will allow the parking of a second vehicle in the property
You can use the garden to relax with your children.
4 sunbeds, a charcoal grill are available
We live nearby and are available to overcome any unexpected technical problems in the house

"Il n'y a pas à hésiter"
Nous venons de passer une semaine dans ce gite où tout est parfait: situation (proche de la mer et loin du bruit), propreté, clarté, équipement, garage pour y loger nos vélos,...
L'accueil du propriétaire est également irréprochable; de plus la météo ayant été parfaite pendant notre séjour, nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cette semaine entre cotes "Bretonnes" et marais. Pourquoi pas y revenir ?

"une location parfaite !"
un accueil excellent, un cadre excellent, une villa très confortable et une situation idéale par rapport à la mer ou aux pistes cyclables très proches. Un super séjour entre amis, facilité par les conseils avisés du propriétaire.

"A recommander les yeux fermés"
Nous avons adoré notre séjour, maison idéal avec de jeunes enfants (4 et 6 ans) qui ont adoré le jardin clôturé, la plage à 10 min à pied et la piste cyclable (sans voiture) au bout de la rue. Literie de très bonne qualité, maison lumineuse et très agréable à vivre, volets électriques. Cuisine très agréable. Le patio couvert est également un très agréable endroit ou l'on est toujours à l'abri du soleil et du vent. Et pour finir, les propriétaires sont très accueillants et de bon conseils.

"LIEU RECOMMANDÉ. super"
Très belle villa. Le jardin est aussi très bien entretenu tout comme la maison. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Super accueil.
