Rent in Loctudy, seaside resort with micro-climate, large house, in the center of the village, renovated for holidays with family or friends; near the shops, you can leave the car in the garage and practice water sports, beaches, hiking, visits to exceptional sites, monuments, fishing and taste seafood such as Norway lobsters bought live, the spacious bedrooms are upstairs with 1.40 m beds and a small bedroom on the ground floor with a 90 cm wide bed, the toilets are independent (one on each level), the kitchen is independent; living room and dining room.
Prices are variable depending on the number of people (from 4 to 10 people), and heating is included in winter for stays of a week minimum (except for winter weekends charged 80 € more), water is billed in addition to 4.50 € / m3 consumed.
Animals are welcome.
Short stays are accepted for 3 nights minimum
a tourist tax of 0.80 € / person over 16 years old will be added to the rental amount!
