In the land of Fort Boyard, home port of the Hermione and 5 minutes from the city center, in a quiet area, close to La Rochelle, Fouras, the Charente islands: Ré, Oléron Aix and Madame. We are pleased to welcome you to our typical “Rochefortaise” house. Equipped with all the comforts, it is close to the city center, buses and the train station, where we can welcome you. The neighborhood is very quiet.
It consists of a large living room, lounge with bench seat, sleeping area with 2 90 cm beds, bedroom with 140 cm bed. The kitchen-dining room is spacious and very well equipped. The veranda is very bright, you can have lunch there, or relax with a good book.
The garden is walled and not overlooked, the terrace is equipped with deckchairs and garden furniture for sharing a barbecue.
There is telephone, internet, Wifi, Orange TNT box and decoder, adjustable flat screen TV.

- INTERRUPTION OF STAY
In the event of early termination of the stay by the tenant, and if the owner's liability is not called into question, no reimbursement will be made, apart from the security deposit.
IX- CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter or telegram as soon as possible, indicating the reasons for its cancellation. Supporting documents must be provided either to the lessor or to the insurer upon request. Any cancellation entails the abandonment of the deposit paid and the obligation to pay the balance no later than the date set for the start of the stay. However, the amount paid will be returned, less 30% compensation for administrative costs and various procedures, when the furnished accommodation can be re-rented for the same period and at the same price.
a) If the tenant does not show up on the day mentioned in the contract:
After 24 hours and without notice to the owner:
- this contract is considered terminated
- the deposit and the balance of the rental remain with the owner.

He will reimburse the tenant the amount of the sums collected + 30%.
Cancellation insurance (7.5%) with the Covid option is strongly recommended.
