In the Pays d'Apt et des Ocres, small brand new and individual holiday home designed for 2 people, with a beautiful PRIVATE POOL and I insist because you often ask me: it is just for you!

It is located in the heart of the Luberon in Gargas, in the Provençal countryside in a quiet environment, built on private land with flowers and trees (cherry trees, olive trees, fig trees, laurel tin, lavender, roses, etc.) bordered by a vegetable hedge facing the Lubéron.
It enjoys a lovely view of the bell tower of the village of Villars, over the surrounding countryside.

Exposed to the south, it is sunny all year round!

Designed in a typical Provençal spirit, the Petit Mas has a nice kitchen living room on the ground floor, very well equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, combined microwave and fan oven , combined fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker, pressure cooker … table and chairs, flat screen TV, sofa bed (sleeps 1 person)
Upstairs, a large bedroom with exposed beams, window opening onto the countryside and the Luberon, bull's eye view, a wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, a large 160x200 cm bed with a very comfortable bedding for sensitive backs, a small table toilet that can also be used as a laptop desk! A bathroom with basin on a Provençal bench, a large mirror, a heated towel rail, a beautiful walk-in shower, a WC, a window.

The bell tower of Villars stands out against the wooded edges of the Sault plateau. A day too hot? Climb on the plateau between 800 and 1200 m, walk to the summit of Saint-Pierre (1256 m), discover a landscape alternating cereals and lavender classified as World Heritage, or push a little further towards the absolute tranquility of the mountain of Lure (1827 m). You will definitely encounter a herd.
The Ventoux is not far either, since you can ski in winter about fifty kilometers from here.

We are 300 m from the first paved road, and you reach the property by the top of Chemin du Mistral, a private road. This is the countryside! It is for you: Take full advantage of it!

To visit in Gargas: Mines de Bruoux, former ocher quarry, Lustrerie Mathieu, the hill of Péréal.

A quiet area 1 km from the center of the village and towards the charming village of Saint-Saturnin-d'Apt, the hamlet is called Beyssan and the property "les Hauts de Beyssan" offers a splendid and unobstructed view of the Grand Luberon .

We arrive at the house by the Chemin du Mistral which is a private rural road and we park the vehicles on the back of the house in the property itself!
