Crossed by the river Boutonne (classified 1st category), the park distills its charms whatever the season or the time of the day. Cross the stone bridge that closes the old fishpond of the 17th century and access the island, area red squirrels, hedgehogs, deer and deer, then plunge between the arms of the true Boutonne "green Venice"; Whether you have the soul of a fisherman, a stroller or an adventurer, the kingdom of water awaits you, among willows, poplars, alders and ash trees.

If you are looking for a place "chaise longue" to read, paint, draw, dream or doze, perhaps you will be tempted by the terrace overlooking the river and you will probably find the wild life: trout, salmon fountain, pike, zander, eels, perch and crayfish ... rarely disturbed, but also dragonflies and damselflies, mallard ducks, water hens, wagtails and kingfishers.
