The cottage "L'Arbousier" classified 3 stars furnished with tourism has a separate entrance. It can accommodate up to 5 people. It has a kitchen/living room with access to the private enclosed garden, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (3 single beds or 1 double bed and 1 single bed in the 1st bedroom; 1 160cm bed in the 2nd bedroom) and a a bathroom (WC).
It is recent and rented since April 7, 2012 and labeled Gîtes de France 3 ears and *** furnished tourism in April 2021.
You have access to the heated swimming pool from mid May to mid September (with schedule in high season 10am to 12pm and 3pm to 7pm).
The 2 gîtes face South/East with a view of the Massif des Albères (hiking, mountain biking, cycling from the gîtes).
The beaches of Argelès-sur-Mer are 7 km away.
They are each equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, hob, fridge, TV, WiFi, etc., air conditioning in the bedrooms, heating, garden furniture, barbecue and have private parking.

b) Si le séjour est écourté, le prix de la location reste acquis au propriétaire. Il ne sera procédé à aucun remboursement.

"gîte épatant"
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce gîte récent, propre et très bien équipé.
Accueil très sympathique par les propriétaires. Emplacement au calme dans le village où nous avons profité de la belle piscine en toute quiétude. Nous recommandons vivement !
