Not far from the beach, near the Arcachon basin, the holiday home is located in a residential area on private, fenced, quiet property, near the city center.
We have studied and designed this new single storey house, full of charm, to offer you a dream vacation. Great attention has been paid to the smallest details. Modern decoration will amaze you.
A welcome gift will be offered to you upon arrival as well as refreshments.
A quiet environment will be conducive to bring you relaxation and well-being.
The barbecue nearby, not to mention the deckchairs ... a real vacation!
You will be charmed by the riches of our region: gastronomy, architecture, relaxation, hiking, beaches and the Dune du Pyla
Rent house of 45 m² with garden and air conditioning inside, everything is new including bedding and furniture.
- kitchen equipped with hob, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, dishes and dishes (everything is new °
- a bedroom with dressing room (sleeping 140 bed)
- living room including TV and new BZ (bed 140 with sheet, duvets and new duvet cover and pillows)
- bathroom with WC, walk-in shower, washing machine
- mezzanine with 2 beds 90, new bedding (duvet sheet, duvet cover and new pillows)
- garden furniture with wooden terrace, barbecue, drying rack and a small seating area with summer lounge and jaccuzy

The house is fenced with a gate, located in downtown Gujan, close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

"Que du Bonheur... !"
Nous avons passé deux semaines de vacances superbes dans cette jolie petite maison si agréable ! Emplacement calme et reposant, le tout d'une propreté irréprochable ! Tout est neuf agréable et si bien décoré !
L'espace extérieur offre plusieurs possibilités, comme un coin salon pour discuter autour d'un verre ou tout à côté du magnifique palmier un coin spa nous offrant des moments de bien-être sans pareil. A l'intérieur tout le confort nécessaire pour vivre de belles vacances ! Les sublimes plages océanes sont à quelques encâblures où si le cœur vous en dit le bassin d'Arcachon offre lui aussi de belles plages et des petits ports ostréicoles.
Arcachon à quelques kms est une belle ville fleurie et agréable, restaurants, terrasses, pubs et boutiques de tous genres divertissant largement les touristes.
Nous retiendrons le fascinant spectacle de l'océan, ses déferlantes, son délicieux air marin et ses embruns et surtout notre belle rencontre avec nos hôtes Séverine et Jean-Claude Tamarelle, très accueillants, discrets et sympathiques, d'une grande gentillesse !
Nous les remercions bien sincèrement d'avoir pu nous recevoir !
Nous recommandons vivement cette jolie maison toute neuve, toute blanche qui n'attend plus que les vacanciers pour vivre des moments inoubliables.

"Super séjour"
Nous avons passé un séjour d 'une semaine très agréable dans cette petite maison très cosy et très propre où tout est pensé, rien ne manque. Un emplacement extra pour visiter le bassin d 'Arcachon à vélo ou en voiture. Séverine et Jean Claude sont très sympathiques et nous ont très gentiment accueilli avec une des spécialités du coin. Le plus est d'avoir des vélos à louer sur place. Dommage pour le spa la température extèrieure était un peu fraiche mais ça doit être très sympa quand il fait chaud pour se détendre après une bonne journée de visite. Je recommande vivement ce chouette gite. Encore merci pour tout.

"Extra !"
Nous sommes restés 15 jours dans ce gîte très agréable, dans un lieu très calme. En vélo, proche des commerces, pistes cyclables, ports, gare... Très bien situé pour rayonner dans le bassin d'Arcachon.
La propreté est irréprochable. Merci à notre hôtesse, attentive et disponible.
