In the heart of the characterful village of Balazuc (15 km from Aubenas, 18 km from Vallon-Pont-d'Arc), this fully equipped stone village house can accommodate 4 people.
Well oriented, it is sunny and bright.
A small circular outdoor terrace, covered with a wooden pergola offers, at mealtimes or a nap, a welcome shade. Barbecue. Internet access.
On the ground floor are the fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven and hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher), the bathroom and the WC.
Upstairs are located a living room for relaxation (equipped with a corner sofa, a sofa bed, a video unit) and two bedrooms, one on the mezzanine equipped with two double beds (and a travel cot).
Cleaning is normally provided by the occupants before departure but can be taken care of at an additional cost.
The proposed rates do not include the tourist tax (3% per person of the cost of the night plus 10% for the additional departmental tax).
No tourist tax for minors.
