Located in the heart of the town of Magné (in an old farm dating from 1783), in a quiet area, La Cagouillette is an independent house.
We have restored this charming cottage in the market garden spirit and we have equipped it with the necessary comfort elements to make you feel at home. The two bedrooms upstairs are slightly attic.
Note that the staircase is a little steep (like a miller's ladder).
The cottage has a private flowered and enclosed patio, with barbecue and garden furniture, ideal for rest and relaxation. While being in the heart of the Marais Poitevin, also called Venise Verte, you will find numerous shops and services near the gîte.
No Wifi in the gîte.
Ideally located near the start of the hiking and cycling trails, it allows you to benefit from a calm and quiet place, while enjoying the attractions of our Green Venice.
Bicycle garage and private covered parking for 1 or 2 cars.
If you wish, we will be able to advise you and provide you with advantages from the tourist providers with whom we have made agreements.
