Les Catèdjes, a magnificent brand new house, invites you to come and stay with family or friends in a calm and green environment in the heart of the Vosges.
Located in Fraize, a small Vosges village offering all amenities. The cottage is located in a quiet residential area.
It can accommodate up to 6 people. Both functional, very well equipped and non-smoking.
It has a large living room including a fully equipped kitchen. A large square table for friendly evenings with friends or family as well as a small lounge area with television.
Its 2 terraces (one covered and one facing south) as well as its garden area will allow you to relax while enjoying the view of the neighboring mountains.
On the ground floor: WC, bathroom with walk-in shower, large living room, 1 bedroom with double bed + dressing room.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms equipped with double beds + dressing rooms
Underfloor heating and convectors upstairs.
A raclette, pierrade and crepe party machine is at your disposal.
The cottage is equipped with WiFi and a washing machine.
Baby equipment available on request.
Private outdoor parking + carport.
Enclosed land, access by electric gate.

Superbe maison spacieuse, décorée avec goût et d'une propreté exemplaire.
Propriétaire accueillant et disponible
Grand jardin, pelouse pour les enfants et les 2 terrasses sont bien agréable pour varier en fonction du soleil.
