It has a bedroom with a through fireplace, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen area, and a large bathroom with a free-standing bathtub and walk-in shower.
The cottage is completely open to the outside.
The living room and the bedroom are facing south. The large bay windows give direct access to the terrace and the private swimming pool.
The private garden is entirely surrounded by woven heather to guarantee you peace and privacy.
On the north side, a patio, a source of freshness with its fountain, is an integral part of the bathroom.
The kitchen section also communicates with the patio and its dining area in the shade of pine trees.
The living room
The living room is equipped with large bay windows which give direct access to the terrace, the swimming pool and the garden. Sensation of space and contact with nature guaranteed.
In summer, the patio facing north and sheltered from the sun has a dining area with plancha and a refreshing fountain.
For hot days, the cottage has central air conditioning.
In winter, you can take advantage of the double-sided insert which also overlooks the bedroom. The large bay windows are facing south to enjoy the sun even inside.

The bedroom is equipped with a very comfortable 180 bed and a large walk-in closet.
As for the living room, the bay window gives a direct view of the garden and immediate access to the terrace and to the swimming pool for the beautiful summer evenings.
In winter, the fireplace promises you warm cocooning evenings.
The kitchen is modern and equipped with high-end accessories, such as the Nespresso Creatista coffee maker.
The office area has high speed wifi access connected to fiber.

"Pierre et Corine"
Excellent séjour dans ce superbe mas bien conçu et très bien aménagé. Mr Guichou est très agréable, il est aux petits soins pour les voyageurs. Amoureux de sa région il donne des conseils avisés de visites. Nous avons pris plaisir à découvrir avec lui son parc, son potager, son poulailler et ses magnifiques arbres. Un lieu à découvrir !

Hautement recommandé. Qu'avons-nous à ajouter à toutes les critiques déjà écrites ici. Tout est vrai et c'est vraiment un super gîte ! Une oasis de calme et un beau jardin bien entretenu, avec un potager très étendu où vous pouvez cueillir ce que vous voulez. Et puis aussi des œufs frais de ces très belles poules. Tout était là, juste plus que parfait ! Merci pour tout!

C'est avec un grand plaisir, que nous tenons à vous remercier pour notre bon séjour de deux semaines , que nous avons passer et apprécier dans votre magnifique petit Mas. Aussi merci beaucoup pour les bons conseils pour visiter les alentours et les bons restaurants dans votre région, qui vous tiens tant à coeur. Vous avez tout fait, pour que notre séjour soit parfait et agréable, tout en restant discret et faire au mieux pour que tout ce passe bien et ça était absolument le cas. On a également beaucoup apprécier la qualité du travail qui à été fait pour cette location avec des matériaux de qualités et un bon goût de savoir faire.
Nos vacances on commencer en poussant votre porte.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le petit mas de Romain.
Le cadre est tout simplement magnifique.
Le gîte est encore plus beau et confortable que ce que nous attendions.
Matériaux et équipements de très grande qualité.
Tout y est: linge de lit, de toilette, peignoirs, tout le petit nécessaire quotidien pour la cuisine.
La piscine est juste magnifique, quel plaisir la vue depuis son lit.
Cerise sur le gâteau : magnifique espace détente.
Patrick est au petit soin pour ses hôtes avec une discrétion absolue.

"Un petit morceau de paradis à Marseillette"
Ce séjour a dépassé toutes nos attentes! Le petit mas est coquet, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, il n'y manque rien. La piscine est absolument magnifique. Le Jakuzzi parfait l'ensemble. Quant au jardin... c'est un jardin, extraordinaire, fruits et légumes en abondance , oeufs frais, le tout partagé très généreusement par Patrick et Monika, hôtes plus que parfaits: discrets , serviables, très sympathiques, intéressants, aimants arbres, fleurs et animaux avant tout, on ne peut pas demander mieux: nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous mais n'avons jamais oublié que nous étions chez vous.
Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr.

"Un coin de paradis à ne pas rater"
Nous avons passé 1 semaine au gîte "le Petit Mas de Romain" et se fût une semaine vraiment parfaite en tout point. Le gîte est magnifique très propre bien situé (au bord du canal) vraiment bien conçu pour passer un moment en amoureux et de détente il ne manque rien juste à poser vos valises en plus il bénéficie d'un coin détente avec spa et sauna ce qui est la cerise sur le gâteau. Patrick le gérant est une personne remarcable qui est à votre écoute mais aussi à vos petits soin de jour comme de nuit il vous fait aussi profiter de son potager ainsi que des œufs frais de son poulailler. On le remercie encore pour ce séjour plus que parfait et inoubliable, on vous dit à bientôt. Jennifer et Yohann

"Ravissant gîte près du Canal du Midi"
Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour au Petit Mas de Romain. Le gîte, très confortable, est aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. Patrick, le propriétaire, veille au bien-être de ses locataires. Il nous a fait profiter de son magnifique jardin et nous avons apprécié les légumes du potager. L'espace détente (sauna et spa) est superbe. Un grand merci pour ces bons moments. Régine et Gilles

"UNE VRAIE SEMAINE DE DETENTE"
Semaine parfaite - Gite exceptionnel avec un équipement au top et décoré avec soin. Le + est la piscine et l'espace zen privatif. FABULEUX. Monsieur Guichou est fier de son travail et il a bien raison.
Nous recommandons à 200% et nous avons hâte d'y retourner l'année prochaine.
