We are in the north of the town of Concarneau, quiet, close to the Voie Verte.
No reservation platform, everything is done directly with us by phone or email.

Built in June 2019, in the farm's former calf crèche (initial), this cottage is there to please you. Exposed stones and contemporary style.
If you have culinary talents, the "high-end" kitchen has a large "Corian" worktop with a 5-zone induction plan.

No odor since the powerful hood is connected to the outside. Plenty of dishes, glasses and small appliances are at your disposal.

You can have an extra double bed on the sofa bed in the living room.
The library has many very different books for all ages. The large wall-mounted flat screen and its DVD player will allow you to watch certain films or series present in the cottage. The enclosed garden will give you the opportunity to enjoy some grilling followed by a good nap on one of the deckchairs at your disposal.

On the first floor is the bathroom, with its large shower, sink and wall-hung toilet, the master bedroom with its modular LED lighting and wall-mounted flat screen as well as the 2nd bedroom (2 beds) and its large skylight secure. The bedding is of high quality with sheets cleaned using ecological dry cleaning.

The two gîtes (East and West) can be joined into one through a door on the ground floor to accommodate 8 to 12 beds.

Parking closed by an electric gate allowing you to park a trailer or boat (no caravans or campers). Bicycles or motorbikes can be sheltered in the old cider mill located opposite the gite, with a water point for cleaning.

By car, by bike (greenway 5 minutes from the gîtes) or on foot, you will easily access the sports or family beaches. Swimming in the sea or in swimming pools (aqua park), sailing on historic or current boats, kayaking, paddle, diving, golf, horse riding, bike rental, and hiking galore...
You will come and soak up the unique charm of the “Ville Close”, after a good meal in a charming restaurant or a traditional creperie (for all budgets). For night owls, numerous bars/cocktails are there to welcome you.
Family and children will not be left out: animal parks, theme parks, zoos, aquariums (including Océanopolis)… are very close.
Culture and history enthusiasts will discover a very rich Breton heritage: Chapels, Fountains, Enclosures and Calvaries, the Black Mountains, the Monts d'Arrée as well as the Valleys of the Saints among others. Hiking maps and various documentation.
