19th century farmhouse with its outbuildings in a hamlet of seven houses 4 km from the village of Samoëns at 1100m alt.

You can rent, depending on your number:

- the main farmhouse with three beautiful bedrooms, a large sofa bed and an alcove for 2, living room with fireplace and sofa bed, spacious and well-equipped kitchen accommodating 14 to 20 guests

The farm, classified Gîte de France 3 ears, is the main building of the property. It has on the ground floor three bedrooms and a sleeping area, and on the 1st floor a bedroom with bathroom and separate WC, and on the second floor a large bedroom for two and a dormitory for three-four (from May 2021), which can accommodate cots.

Ideal for a reunion of families or friends up to 21 - 23 people.

On the southern slope, the hamlet is sunny in both summer and winter.

The property is located on a plot of 5000 m² surrounded by meadows and woods, with a large terrace suitable for family events, with views of the valley and a magnificent sunset allows for the organization of festive events.

The hamlet of Chantemerle is a remarkable site of 7 houses with a chapel listed as a historical monument, where mass is said once a year in August.

Car essential (special equipment required in winter): free parking on site for 8 cars.

In the winter season, a shuttle can serve Chantemerle (on order) to the departure of the ski lifts.
