Welcome to our House "Le Grand Cèdre"!

We rent our 180 m² house during the spring and summer holidays.
Built on 2 levels and on a wooded plot of 2000m², it is located on the heights of Bourg Saint-Andéol in southern Ardèche. During the summer the swimming pool (8x4.5) is at your disposal for a sun bath and freshness!

Not far from the shops and the center of the town (2.5 km), you benefit from a quiet area and an unobstructed 180° view over the plain of Pierrelatte and Mont Ventoux.
We provide you with 4 or 5 bedrooms, 2 of which have a shower room (guest rooms the rest of the year).

Outside you will always find a place where you (re) rest on a deckchair: at the swimming pool of course, sheltered from the cherry trees or the apricot tree, but also on our large terrace of 100m2 "shade and sun " or in our little chill corner set up next to the plancha and the bowling green. For the more athletic, the ping-pong table or the 4m diameter trampoline await you!

Inside several sound speakers broadcast the music of your choice. In the living room, a home cinema system coupled with sound speakers awaits you for great family cinematic adventures.

Our vegetable garden and the eggs of our hens are at your disposal during your stay.
Romeo, our cat will be your host in our absence.

Our house is particularly suitable for accommodating 2 families of friends or a large family with children and grandchildren.

During the summer we favor fortnightly rentals.
