Cozy and quiet, this cottage is located in a typical Auvergne hamlet 2 minutes from the village of Murol and 3 minutes from the spa town of Saint-Nectaire.

The Gîte des 3 Sources, which can accommodate a family with children or two couples, is ideally located for visiting the Château de Murol, discovering Lake Chambon, the numerous cheese farms and all the other rich activities of this magnificent territory.

This charming accommodation, with 60 m² of living space over 3 floors, is made up of the following elements:
- on the ground floor: an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, multifunction oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and microwave) and a living room that is both cozy and well-appointed
- on the first floor: a master bedroom with a queen size bed and a bohemian atmosphere; a bright and functional bathroom with a shower, a double toilet, and a washing machine
- on the second floor: a large attic room, "cabin" style, which can accommodate either children in two 90 cm beds (and possibly a baby bed), or a couple in a king size bed

Finally, the house has a free parking space (for two cars) on private land.

The country and rustic environment offers, on sunny days, the possibility of enjoying a sunny terrace.
