The cottage is a completely renovated house, located between Honfleur / Deauville (30 min), Pont-l'Évêque (15 min) and Lisieux (15 min).
The accommodation is well equipped (everything is new), and is classified 3 stars.
Facing due south and by the river "La Calonne", it is very pleasant, bright and calm.
Near the village, you can rest, and enjoy the picturesque streets, as well as the shops of Cormeilles.

You will enjoy :
• on the ground floor: the living-dining room opening onto a garden along the river. The kitchen is fully equipped (induction gas stove with oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and washing machine).
You will have internet access, free WiFi.

• upstairs: you will find a bedroom with a double bed and dressing room, a second with a double bed, a bunk bed and a dressing room (possibility of adding a baby bed) as well as a bathroom with shower and separate WC .

You will have full access to the house, the garden and, if necessary, you will have access to a closed outbuilding (in the garden).

A large public car park is available free of charge near the house, as well as a terminal for electric vehicles.

We welcome couples, families with children (high chair and cot available free of charge) and single people and friends. However, parties and our animal friends are prohibited.
You will have the key upon arrival.

As an option, we offer:
- bed linen and towels: double bed € 15, single bed € 10
- bathroom linen (a lot = 1 large towel + 1 small towel + 1 glove): € 5 per lot

A check guarantee of € 500 for accommodation and € 50 for cleaning will be requested upon arrival and returned upon departure. They will not be taken from you.
