Very easy to access, our accommodation is ideally located in a quiet area 15 minutes from the A9 motorway (Le Boulou exit) and 15 minutes from the beaches of Argelès.
Very bright living room with sofa bed for additional sleeping.
On request, we can provide you with an umbrella bed.
New kitchen very well equipped. Electric plancha available.
A large independent and bright room (1 bed 160) equipped with air conditioning.
A beautiful bathroom with Italian shower. independent wc.
The cottage opens onto its private terrace facing south, facing the swimming pool (10 x 5 m heated, only shared with the owners living on the site) and facing the Albères massif.
Outdoor table and chairs on the private terrace, without vis-à-vis the owners.
Relaxation furniture by the pool.
Secure parking space in the property.
Bed and kitchen linen (tea towels and hand towels) is provided and changed once a week, the beds are ready on your arrival.
Towels and beach towels can be made available at an additional cost.
The swimming pool is maintained once every 2/3 days and its access is shared with the owners.

Nous avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses chez Anne Marie et Dominique dans leur « Cht’i Casot » de Villelongue-dels-Monts.
Vous vous y sentirez comme chez vous.
Une invitation à une escapade inoubliable, où chaque moment est une ode à la tranquillité et à la convivialité.

Après un deuxième séjour de quinze jours dans le "Ch'ti Casot" , notre impression lors de notre premier passage en 2022 a été confortée et amplifiée lors de notre venue en septembre 2023.
Gîte au confort maximum. Propriétaires faisant preuve de beaucoup d'empathie et de discrétion.
Emplacement rêvé pour visiter la région et se reposer.
On s'y sent tellement bien qu'on envisage d'y revenir.

"GITE TRÈS BIEN ÉQUIPÉ ET AU CALME"
Gite tout confort, très bien équipé (comme chez soi) notamment la cuisine et le séjour spacieux, décor moderne et état neuf. Terrasse équipée (table, chaise, relax) en bord de piscine chauffée et suffisamment à l'écart du logement des propriétaires. Quartier résidentiel calme. Très bien situé pour qui veut visiter la région (mer et montagne). Pour faire ses courses, et avoir le choix, il faut prévoir 3 à 4 kms
