Ideally located between the beach with private access and the Sentier du Rorota (1 min away each), you will benefit from a large swimming pool at the foot of Mont Mahury. The residence is fully secure and renowned for its tranquility.
Located on the beach road in the residential town of Rémire-Montjoly, the studio is close to a shopping center, grocery stores, bakeries, beach restaurant.
This apartment includes:
- Air-conditioned bedroom area with double bed and quality bedding
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, basin and storage shelves
- Air-conditioned lounge area with 2-seater sofa, large connected flat screen and optical fiber
- Kitchen open to the veranda not overlooked, fully fitted and equipped (table, combined fridge, oven, microwave, cooking places, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, washing machine)

logement bien agencé, proche de la grande piscine, de la plage (on entend les vagues d'ailleurs et c relaxant), d'un resto (5 min à pied) et de sentiers de rando 👍🏻💕 les nombreux manguiers fournissent le petit déj 😉

"Sérénité garantie"
A regret nous n'avons passé que 4 nuits dans cet appartement hyper bien équipé, hyper clean, hyper bien situé à proximité du sentier du rorota et à deux pas de la mer. Il vous faudra une voiture pour y accéder mais en même temps, en Guyane, sans voiture vous n'irez nulle part. On a super apprécié notre séjour dans ce lieu qu'on a trouvé serein car dans une résidence bien gérée et sécurisée. En résumé on recommande 1000 fois. PS sympathique accueil de la proprio, très réactive si besoin... mais on a eu besoin de rien :)

"Agréable séjour"
Nous avons passés 11 jours dans le studio. Il est spacieux, très propre, bien équipé, bien placé, proche des plages, dans une résidence très calme. L’appartement est au Rez de chaussé proche de la piscine (qui est super). L’hôte est charmante et très réactive pour toutes demandes.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
