The accommodation includes:
- a large living room, with fitted kitchen, dishwasher, dining area and lounge, TV, WiFi
- 6 bedrooms, 5 of which have a double bed, the 3rd has a double bed and two single beds
- four bathrooms with walk-in showers, washing machine and dryer. toilet
- a bathroom and WC upstairs
The capacity of the cottage is flexible and can go from 8 to 14 people with the options of annexes, offering one to three additional bedrooms with shower room and independent WC plus a studio in outbuilding on the garden.
A room with a capacity of 20 seats can be made available.

"Je conseille vivement"
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le gîte de Mr et Mme Leroux, grand confort, parfaite propreté, nous avons occupé les 3 bâtisses qui sont toutes très bien équipées, rien ne manque. Nous avons fait une belle balade avec les vélos mis à notre disposition, un + très apprécié, et espérons y retourner à l'occasion. Nous recommandons vivement sans hésitation.

"Merveilleux séjour ensoleillé"
Maison très agréable pour ces 4 jours passés en famille. Rien ne manque,vaisselle,produits d’entretien,etc… Literie confortable. Linge de lit et de toilette au top. Très grand terrain qui permet de garer les voiture. Accueil charmant et souriant de Monsieur Leroux. Nous recommandons.

"Tout près de Chambord"
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le confort et l'équipement de ce gîte. Rien ne manque : vaisselle en quantité, porte-manteaux, produits d'entretien, électroménager, vélos, et un propriétaire particulièrement sympathique. Bien situé, dans un village charmant au bord de la Loire, tout près de Chambord et de Blois. Parfait pour un séjour au calme en famille. A recommander.

"Séjour familial anniversaire"
Séjour très agréable. La configuration des locaux permet à plusieurs couples de séjourner sans se gêner. Literie, sanitaires impeccables. Tout est prévu y compris pour les loisirs. Accueil très chaleureux.
