La Maison Rose, semi-detached, on 2 floors, is located at the entrance to the small village of Campo, 10 minutes from Pisa by car.
On one side it overlooks a little busy street, and on the other side it overlooks a small protected garden for eating and relaxing.
Right next door, 20 meters away, very pretty walk in the countryside.
We park the car in front of the house on the street.
There is Internet, central heating in winter, 3 efficient fans for summer. Entrance on the street side via a small portico for access to the spacious, bright, functional and charming house.
Strategic position: to go to Pisa, Calci, San Giuliano, sea and mountains; and in Lucca, Viareggio, Livorno, Firenze, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, La Spezia and Cinque Terre…
Ground floor: very well equipped semi-open kitchen, double living room, small office area and dining room which overlooks the pretty little garden. dressing room, and toilet with sink and washing machine. There is a digital piano for musicians.
The staircase going upstairs does not have a handrail.
On the first floor, two bedrooms, one with a large 140cm bed which overlooks the garden, the other with two small 80cm beds which can be joined together. Bathroom with separate shower and bath, toilet and bidet.
Sofa bed for 2 additional people in one part of the living room which can be isolated by blinds.
