Completely renovated in early 2017, you will have a pleasant stay in the heart of Burgundy in Puisaye.
Gathering point: 2 hours from Paris and Dijon, Ideal for reunions with family or friends.
On the wine route; 1 hour from Chablis and Sancerre; 2 hours from Beaune; near the unmissable castle of Guédelon and the castle of Saint-Fargeau.

The 2 cottages being separated by a common courtyard, this will allow you to gather up to 30 people while maintaining privacy and living comfort in 2 buildings.
The bright and pleasant central courtyard has a covered and semi-closed barn to take your meals outdoors and sheltered. Barbecues and garden furniture available. Completely closed and secure, children can play outside without risk.
The large living room on the House side will also allow you to gather indoors at +/- 25/30 people in order to take your meals there and celebrate all together.
The cottage located in the city center will allow you easy access on foot to all the shops; bakery, supermarket, tobacconist, press, laundry, florist, PMU, restaurants and bars etc...
The beautiful Sunday morning market will allow you to eat locally.
We also offer a catering service in delivery on order.

Weekend rentals are from Friday to Sunday or from Saturday to Monday. (Only on 2 nights/3 days)

Catering service: In order to facilitate your stay, we offer a catering service in delivery to the Gîte.

Le Vieux Moulin caterer specializes in the organization of weddings, birthdays, baptisms, and also company receptions, corporate cocktail parties, seminars, etc. AND has a reception room that can accommodate from 40 to 120 people. A semi-open terrace, very popular during receptions, gives a view of the magnificent body of water in summer and winter alike. You will have access until nightfall to the large adjoining 2 hectare garden for your photos, strolling, playing or just enjoying the setting for a bucolic and unforgettable weekend. The room has a completely closed and secure private car park that can accommodate around forty vehicles.

And a second gîte: Le Gîte du Moulin which can accommodate up to 23 additional people.
