Pets are allowed on request (a supplement may apply).
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children up to 1 years old (inclusive) stay for 5 € per person per night when sleeping in an available cot.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

Please note that full prepayment is due by bank transfer. The property will contact you directly to organise this. Access to the holiday home is not possible until full payment is received.

Please note that late arrivals are possible for an extra charge:
- 15:00 to 18:00: EUR 50
- 18:00 to 21:00: EUR 100.

Please note that one pet may be accommodated upon prior request and subject to approval by the property owner. An extra charge will apply.

Please note that no extra adults or children can be accommodated at the property. Only guests mentioned on the booking confirmation can stay.

Please note that travellers must present an insurance certificate covering the period requested.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
