A renovation where wood is king, simplicity a goal.

A large well oriented and shaded terrace gives access to a pleasant house with a pellet stove for the slightly cooler days and deck chairs for the beautiful summer days.

The living room is open to an equipped kitchen, and to a mezzanine space with 2 beds: be careful, limited height! children's kingdom.
Spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, and a bedroom with stunning views of the trees. We only welcome one small dog because we already have 2 dogs in our property.

There is an effort to be made to access it: walk 300m up the hill because cars are not authorized for access, except on arrival to unload and on departure. This is to ensure the tranquility of the property.
