We welcome you to our restored 17th century farmhouse which combines the charm of the old and contemporary decor.
Located in Ambronay at the foot of the Bugey mountains, in a park of 4 ha, our cottage of 130 m2 will bring you peace and relaxation thanks to its bucolic setting.
Highway A40 / A42 5 minutes, PIPA and Central Bugey 20 minutes, Lyon St Exupery Airport 35 minutes, Lyon 40 minutes.
This guest house will charm you with its park of 4 acres and ponds.
On the ground floor, nature invites itself in this large room of 50 m² through the windows that illuminate the living room / dining room.
Comfortable chairs encourage you to meditate: relaxation, harmony, nature.
Luminaries that let you rock over the large family table, allow you to share moments of conviviality with family or friends.
The fully equipped kitchen and laundry with washing machine and dryer will allow you to spend a very comfortable stay.
On the terrace at the edge of the water, doze in a garden or relax under the old trees.
In the shady courtyard, find yourself around a table and a barbecue.
In the evening, you can play pétanque on the boules pitch, play friendly games around one of the many board games or relax in an armchair, with a good book in our library.
An imposing staircase will lead you to your 2 warm and refined duplex rooms for 3 people, each with a relaxation area with sofa bed, TV, desk, bathroom and separate toilet.
At your disposal, a sheltered, closed and secure parking for 4 cars.
The activities around are varied :

- Castle of Allymes (10 mn)

Nous cherchions un endroit agréable pour passer un week-end entre amis, nous avons trouvé un véritable petit coin de paradis !
Tout est prévu pour passer des moments inoubliables: un cadre magnifique propice la déconnexion, un calme absolu, un gîte parfaitement aménagé et décoré avec goût dans un joli village de caractère.
Sylvie et Gilles sont aux petits soins pour que tout soit parfait! Un immense merci pour ce beau week-end ! Nous recommandons à 100% et nous reviendrons, c'est sûr !

"Weekend en amoureux!"
On a passé un excellent weekend à la Grange Valentin avec un accueil chaleureux et un cadre magnifique. Parfait pour se reposer et passer un weekend calme en amoureux. Gîte entièrement équipée avec une très grande pièce de vie. On a déjà envie d’y retourner!

Nous nous sommes rendus le dernier week-end d'Aout dans ce gîte avec un groupe d'amis... Et cet endroit est tout simplement magique !
Que dire tout d'abord des hôtes qui sont d'une gentillesse à tout épreuve !
Ils ont été à nos petits soins, et réactifs dans tout domaine.
Le lieu est calme, reposant, ennivrant...
La bâtisse est remarquablement bien agencée... Les chambres superbes, tout confort.
Tout est pensé pour y passer des moments conviviaux en pleine sérénité.
Merci beaucoup pour la découverte de cette havre de paix, qui nous a pleinement ressourcé.
On a déjà envie d'y retourner !
