The estate is located in the heart of the Cathar Country with its medieval city of Carcassonne, its Cathar Castles, its medieval villages, the abbeys. The Mediterranean Sea is just 45 minutes away.
Around the building: large park with play area for children, petanque area, 9.5 x 4.5 m swimming pool treated with salt, secured by a roller shutter, sun loungers and parasols available.
On the second floor: large living room of more than 60 m², through room flooded with sunlight with a breathtaking view of the park and the swimming pool, equipped kitchen with dining area. Two bedrooms with 180 cm bed (convertible into 2 x 90 cm) plus a 90 cm bed.
Reversible heating and air conditioning
On the ground floor: entrance hall plus a summer kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, a cooking stove and crockery for meals in the garden.
For your outdoor meals: arbor, plancha and barbecue at your disposal.
