Farm from 1730, located in the Morvan Regional Natural Park, restored and renovated in 2016 with authentic and ecological materials.
Composed of a large living room with a pellet stove, kitchen and up to three bedrooms with private shower rooms and separate WC for a maximum of 9 beds plus two baby cots.

A large open space with garden furniture, deckchairs, hammocks, barbecue, table tennis table.

Bed and household linen provided.
End of stay cleaning included.

At your disposal: high chairs, board games, library, guides and maps of the region, games for children…
Well-equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher). Available: basic ingredients (oil, vinegar, salt, spices, etc.) and on prior order (additional charge): natural sourdough bread, brioches, chouquettes, jams, yogurt, vegetables and fruit from the garden depending on the season.

Here are some directions to find us:

Coming from the north take exit 22 of Avallon, then take the direction of Saulieu, Dijon. After about 10 km, in Sainte Magnance, turn right towards Bussières (last possibility before leaving the village). Then, after about 1.3 km, turn right at the sign "Les ruats" and after 600 m left at the next sign.

From the south take exit 23 Montbard, Semur en Auxois, then take the direction of Saulieu, Precy sous Thil. At Précy sou Thil take the direction of Avallon. After 20 km at Sainte Magnance, turn left towards Bussières (first road in the village). Then, after about 1.3 km, turn right at the sign "Les ruats" and after 600 m left at the next sign.
