Large farmhouse 8 minutes from the A10 motorway (exit 25 Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine), in the heart of the countryside, where calm and serenity will seduce you

La Ferme des Deux Ifs is a fully renovated house of 218 m² with:

• a large living room of 70.5 m² with many openings (6) overlooking the garden and the interior courtyard
- American kitchen with all the dishes necessary for your stay (American fridge, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove (oven + 3 gas + an electric hob: gas bottle included), coffee maker with coffee filter (included), grill -bread, kettle, soup crusher, electric mixer, pressure cooker, pressure cooker ...)
- living room with DVD player (children's DVD available), WiFi connection, library with books for children and adults and books / documentation on the region (classified by theme). Coloring pages for children with colored pencils

• a 25.5 m² games room with a multitude of board games for young and old, an electronic dart game

• 2 shower rooms (one with walk-in shower and one with traditional shower) and 2 toilets
• a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, etc.

• 5 bedrooms:
* 3 bedrooms with double beds 140x190
* 1 bedroom with single bed 90x190
* 1 dormitory bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190 and 1 double bed 140x190
All rooms are equipped with quilt and quilts, pillow 60x60
Baby equipment: bed with mattress, high chair and baby bath.

• a fenced 2500 m² grassy garden where your children can play safely, relaxation area (deckchairs, deckchairs), terrace area with 3 tables and 12 chairs.
All shaded by 3 yews over 200 years old and a lime tree. Provision of balls (football, rugby, volleyball, basketball ...), badminton net and rackets ... Barbecue and aromatic plants at your disposal.
As everything is closed, we accept your pets!

• a large interior courtyard entirely enclosed by 1100 m² of outbuildings. You will find there ping-pong table (rackets available), pétanque ground (3 games of boules on site), space to park your cars in the shelter.

In the heart of the Loire castles, our beautiful region will seduce you with its heritage (Castles, Abbeys, Museums), its animal parks, its rich vineyards among others Chinon, Bourgueil, Vouvray, its many and varied gastronomic specialties: Sainte cheese -Moor, rillons, rillettes from Touraine… and its fun activities: tree climbing park, canoeing, go-karting, horse riding, balloon flight, fishing in rivers or ponds.

Our geographical location in South Touraine also opens the doors to you:
- Poitou (Futuroscope, its castles and its historical heritage)
- the Indre Valley (many ponds in the Brenne Valley, Haute-Touche animal park)

Farmers by profession it is easier for us to welcome you on our farm because, we continue our work until you arrive (which allows arrivals at fairly free hours). Then we go up to the gîte, which is 2 km away, with you.

The address of our farm is:

You will certainly arrive by the A10 motorway, exiting at exit 25 named Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine so it's quite simple.
At the motorway exit, take the 3rd exit at the roundabout towards Noyant-de-Touraine (D 760)
Cross Noyant-de-Touraine
At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit towards Pouzay (D58).
When you have crossed the village of POUZAY, you arrive at a roundabout where you have, on your right, an equestrian center.
At this roundabout, take straight (2nd exit) D 58.
Our farm is located about 1.5 km on your left.
It is flush with the D 58 in a very slight curve.

Please note: Never leave the D 58, our entrance is on this main road.

There are green buildings, horse parks.
