LARGE GÎTE 12 people (160 m²) at LA FERME D'HEURTELOUP near the animal park of Thoiry (10 min), Giverny (30 min), Versailles (45 min) and Paris (45 min), country lodge simple and functional in a spacious independent barn, renovated, in a pretty farmhouse (18th century) in a quiet area in the middle of the fields (about 800 m of unpaved working path to access it), overlooking the valley of the Vaucouleurs.

Ideal for meetings, rest, / recharge, hikes (near GR26, and GR11) - but please no noisy parties after 11:30 p.m. in the lodgings

Internet access, but NO TV ANTENNA OR DISHWASHER

Sleeps 14 people, (5 single bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms, 1 large bedroom for 4 people, 4 bathrooms), terrace.
- GROUND FLOOR: entrance hall, large living room (42 m²) with living room, fireplace and open-plan kitchen; bedroom - single bed - with integrated bathroom (adapted for disabled people).

- FIRST FLOOR: large attic bedroom (24m²): 140cm double bed, 120cm double bed, integrated bathroom; 6 pretty small bedrooms in the attic (8-10m² on the floor), with sloping ceilings and dressed in wood, some with exposed beams, each with its sink: 4 bedrooms with 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 beds simple; 2 adjoining bathrooms.

FARM IN ACTIVITY: organic market gardening, organic wood-fired bakery, laying hens. Its production is sold at the farm shop as well as in the surrounding area. Boutique open: Saturday (10 am-1pm).
