Accessible by the A39 and the A36 (3 km), close to the town of Dole, former capital of Franche-Comté, rich in its historical heart and birthplace of Pasteur.
The forest of Chaux (5 km), the massif of the Serre (5 km), the Véloroute and the immediate vicinity are ideal places for hiking or cycling.
The town of Dole, besides numerous attractions in summer, offers among other things: a water park, a museum of free arts, its museum Pasteur, walks, beaches, fishing parties along the Doubs or Of the Loue.
At about 1 hour from Dijon, Besançon, Beaune, Lons-le-Saunier, the plateaus of the Jura (Poligny, Salins, Arbois, Chalain, Hérisson, Baume les Messieurs ...), close to the Saône et Loire, Saône, you will always be halfway between culture and gastronomy, heritage and oenology, nature and remarkable sites.
This apartment (labellisé comfort 3 stars Meublés de Tourisme) is fully equipped and renovated.
Located on the 1st floor, it will offer: independent entrance, reserved parking, garden and large terrace (35 m²) - barbecue.

On 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + 1 child's corner

Linen rental: 8 € / week - Bed linen 12 € per bed / week - Cleaning charge 50 €

"Calme et reposant"
le gite est bien situé pour rayonner dans toute la région. Il est au calme, propre , bien équipé. La terrasse est très agréable pour prendre les repas. Les propriétaires sont agréables, discrets et attentionnés. , Nous avons été ravis d'y passer une semaine. Chèques vacances acceptés, un bon point de plus. Je recommande
