The house is composed of:
• Ground floor: private parking, large garden, covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, swimming pool with sunbeds, toilets and summer shower, shaded pétanque area, games room, ping-pong table, washing machine laundry, drying
• Upstairs (15 steps):
- 2 bedrooms one of 15 m², the other of 21 m². In each of them, a bed of 140x190cm and 1 bed of 90x190cm, tables and bedside lamps, a wardrobe with hangers
- A bright living room of 38 m² with 2 sofas, 4 armchairs, a large table, flat screen TV, DVD player
- an equipped kitchen of 13 m² with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine + 1 Nespresso, with all the necessary utensils for cooking
- a shower room with a shower cabin, wc, heated towel rail
Accessories: vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, ironing board, iron, ping-pong rackets, tennis rackets, board games, card games, books, Disney DVDs, comics.
Some cleaning products, tea towels, dishwasher detergent, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar.
I am independent winemaker, it is with pleasure that I welcome you on the Domaine de la Clapouze adjoining the house to make you taste our wines and discover the regional products.
2 minutes walk you will find: pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, supermarket, wine, fruits and vegetables of our production, tennis, canoe rental, city park.
5 minutes walk you will find the river Ardèche for swimming.
A 10-minute drive from the house are located the cave of Pont d'Arc, space of restitution of the Chauvet Cave (classified with the inheritance of Unesco), and the famous Bridge of Arc with the entry in the Gorge of Ardèche.
There are also many leisure activities that will delight young and old: canoeing, hiking and horseback riding, climbing, canyoning, caving, mountain biking, quads, microlight, tree climbing course. Visit of the caves the aven d'Orgnac, the Cocalière, ...
