Facing south and bathed in light, it benefits from a pleasant 10 m² terrace (which also benefits the south-facing bedroom).
300 m from the emblematic Vauban city, 200 m from bus stops, shops and restaurants.
Everything has been designed for comfort: careful decoration, 160 x 200 bed, equipped kitchen, TV, Hi Fi system, etc.
In addition, a private closed garage is available to park cars or bicycles.
A beautiful balcony hiking trail passes behind the residence offering the possibility of walking from the apartment.
This place is the promise of a successful holiday in Briançon/Serre Chevalier, in the heart of superb mountains.
Weekly rental from Sunday to Sunday in the summer/winter season (more flexible out of season, contact us)

Nous avons passé un séjour très confortable dans cet appartement. Il est très bien équipé et propre, il possède une vue magnifique dont on ne peut se défaire.
