As an independent owner, we offer directly, without commissions and fees added to our price, our apartment which is only rented in summer for a minimum of one week or more (our availability is up to date).
It's 3 stars within 3 stars: the area is classified as a 3-star tourist residence and your apartment is the only one in the entire area to be classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation for 4 people, proving the real comfort offered: proof available
Guarantee of seriousness, no rental without having got to know each other
We share our second home (available for rental only in summer with above all a proven soft price (see the logo affixed to each of our photos by Gites.fr and of course we also share our “good addresses” + several offers and optional services, where nothing is imposed, apart from returning the apartment to us in exactly the same state of cleanliness as it was presented to you by our concierge service during the inventory of the premises at entry and upon handing over the keys:
- we provide you per bed: 1 drawsheet (must be placed on mattresses guaranteed to be stain-free) + blankets + 1 summer duvet + 2 pillows
- as options our concierge service can offer you = 2 sheets or 1 bottom sheet & 1 duvet cover + 1 or 2 pillowcases + 1 or 2 towels + 1 bath sheet: we don't impose anything
- an apartment close to new since redesigned, refurnished and completely re-equipped as new, it is guaranteed not overlooked and away from harmful summer sound sources (explanatory notes and plan available) located on the 1st and last floor (no possible passage in front of your windows, so your privacy is preserved and you can sleep peacefully with the windows open.
- at your disposal also a panoramic balcony-terrace with 2 free sides (and not between 2 walls) where you will have your head in the deciduous trees of the surrounding trees with birds and squirrels as neighbors where you will have on one side a large table + 4 openwork armchairs with very comfortable armrests (and not plastic or wood that sticks to your buttocks, it's 3 stars in every detail) and on the right side a relaxation lounge.

Be reassured about hygiene because it is precisely one of our main major concerns (see the last photo showing my wife doing "thorough cleaning" at the beginning of each season and after the rental season:
- as proof, we are one of the very few selective owners for the choice of our future vacationers (we do not accept "online reservations" explaining our total refusal to be present on the mega sites of Abrit-style locs. Homelid , Airb... Bookin... Locasun... & Cie: we do not rent "blindly" (without knowing who is who, it is a voluntary choice explaining a real proof of quality), regardless of it is not always rented in season)...
- we rent only by tax obligations (we are not investors waiting for returns on investment)
- the apartment is only offered for seasonal rental and only for 2 to 3 months in the summer (only to people of good quality) explaining its near new condition where everything has been replaced to be able to offered you a Premium rental with cozy comfort.
No off-season rentals (between mid-September to mid-June the following year: there is also the big difference (it has nothing to do with almost all the other rentals) offered for rent all year round, for proof: see our rental schedule which only starts in mid-June and ends in mid-September, which it is wise to open to see it (see also for the other apartments, explaining that our apartment is not worn, remaining practically new!

For the 2023 season:
- We guarantee you a soft price (see the logos affixed to our photos by this site) but with unrivaled proven services
Highly secure banking regulations (with us, no request for the imprint of your Bank Card which guarantees you any totally impossible withdrawal)... or either by checks (from your bank to our bank) directly, without any intermediary, avoiding all possible errors or poor management of these mega rental websites and other problems always possible

To book after getting to know each other: 30% deposit by check or bank transfer = firm booking (we take care of everything, even the papers.
Balance of 70% on D -30 days, check to be sent with the 2 guarantee deposit checks and with the tourist tax check (In 2022 = €1.50 x number of adults over 18 x number of days)

Arrival and departure:
Arrival: between 4:00 p.m. & 5:00 p.m.
Departure: between 9:00 a.m. & 10:00 a.m.
Our concierge service offers other optional hours:
- Arrival before 4 p.m. = 30 €
- Departure from 8:00 a.m. before 9:00 a.m. or after 10:00 a.m. (from 10 to 11 a.m.) = 25 €
- Late check-out between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. maximum = 35 €
- Beyond 12 hours = it is 1 additional day of the week retained (amount of the week concerned divided by 7 days)

Included in our price per stay, delivered individually and free of charge:
Necessary for bedding = blankets + summer duvets + clean pillows & protective undersheet for each bed
For a one-week stay:
+ 1 paper towel rolls
+ 1 roll of toilet paper
+ 1 cartons of detergent for the washing machine

For a 2 week stay:
+ 1 large paper towel rolls
+ 2 rolls of toilet paper
+ 3 cartons of detergent for the washing machine

And for all rentals we provide you
One undersheet per occupied bed (must be used, guaranteeing an impeccable, stain-free mattress)
+ a large bottle of cold water upon your arrival
+ 1 liter of milk for your breakfast the next morning, Sunday
+ individual kit with cleaning products for your stay and per rental + 1 microfiber cloth + 1 dish towel + a new spontex sponge,
+ 2 liquid soap dispensers (1 for the kitchen and the 2nd for the bathroom)
+ dishwashing product
+ plastic bags for the 2 bins,
+ everything needed for daily cleaning and that at the end of the rental, ect, ect...

Security deposits (guarantees):
Per stay: €600
Cleaning to be done or if it is to be done at the end of the stay: 60 €

New for 2022 for a cozy Prenium comfort because it's real 3 stars in 3 stars with dedicated services and à la carte options
- Quality bed linen (organic cotton, non-industrial, Elis rental style): for the 2 beds of 140 x 200 = 1 Mattress cover + 2 Sheets (bed linen + sheet or duvet cover + 2 pillowcases): €25 / bed / stay with possibility of replacement for stays of 2 weeks or more.
- Bed made on arrival for parental bedroom and living room (if the bed linen option is chosen): €10/bed
- Quality towels (organic cotton): Kit (2 towels + one large) with the possibility of replacement the following week: €20 /bed/stay
- Replacement of bed linen or towels during your exchange rental: €20/bed
- Baby kit set: high chair & bed (installed on your arrival & repacked after checking on your departure. please return them in the same state of cleanliness as they were given to you on your arrival) & mattress + special adjustable adapter for baby bath + WC for children: €30/week

- 1 small pet dog accepted but under conditions, (Categories 1 & 2 dogs are prohibited in the Allée des Dunes area): €30 /week

Your professional concierge service is personalized:
Your welcome will be in the apartment + handing over of the keys + inventory of entry (& exit) thus avoiding you the annoying queues at a counter)…. + à la carte services to choose from, ect, ect!
Of course, you are our one and only tenant so our services must be unique to you to avoid wasting your time, but our concierge service respects a specific schedule and takes care of other apartments and other arrivals or departures: thank you for agreeing to respect the times indicated in writing for your arrival and your departure, thus avoiding putting this concierge service at odds with these other holidaymakers.

By car via the A63-E5-E70 motorway, take exit no. 7 → Ondres 7 km from the apartment
By the D810 departmental road coming from Labenne, at the entrance to Ondres turn right at the traffic lights take the direction "Ondres plage" and "Résidence de tourisme L'Allée des Dunes" for approximately 3 km and at the very last roundabout before the beach car park, turn right.
Go past the mini-golf course and the municipal playground (bowling alley), turn right, still following the municipal playground, and it's at the end.
An access map to come directly to the site will be given to you, taking you directly to your parking lot and to the door of your apartment.
We can organize your arrival without a car (which is not necessary on site or to take you to the entrance to the estate
