Very close to an equestrian center. 15 km from an aquatic park with indoor and open swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi: the Pearl of Water in Lablachère.

Ideal for relaxing and recharging your batteries.

The river is very close at 100 m for swimming.

As a novelty there is the Chauvet cave, UNESCO heritage, very near Vallont-Pont-d'Arc open this summer: to recommend, 35 minutes from our holiday home.

There is a small restaurant with the possibility of also eating pizzas 200 m from the gîte.

Markets: Monday in Rosières (10 minutes), Tuesday in Largentière (20 minutes), Wednesday a very large market in Joyeuse (8 minutes), Thursday in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc (35 minutes) and Friday in Ruoms (25 minutes) and Saturday in Les Vans (35 minutes). There are local products at the markets.

There is a dining room with a living room (armchairs) and coffee table, a large table and chairs, with large wardrobe - Kitchen area with double sink, microwave and all the equipment for the holidays (fridge, freezer , vacuum).
With a staircase not difficult to climb in the dining room you will find: two bedrooms with wardrobe and chair.
There is a bathroom with shower, sink and cabinet, toilet and washing machine.

Outside there is a large terrace of 100 m² and two covered terraces (against the heat in summer) of 2 x 3 m where you can eat or rest.
There is a small concrete cabin with all the deckchairs and garden furniture. The key is inside, a beam close to the fridge.
200 m from the river you are in a very quiet place to relax or swim. There is a sandy beach and you can fish.
There are a few toys in the kitchen for small children.

The car: please park where the chain is, so that you keep your place in summer and it is the neighbor who gives us permission to let you park there. Please respect that. At 50 m² there are large containers for the trash. In the area we do not leave garbage lying around.

In the concrete hut there are garden furniture (deckchairs and chairs) and barbecue grill - put it back properly after your stay with us. The key to the small cabin is closed: the key is on a beam near the fridge, close it and put the key back after your stay. Thank you so much.
There is documentation to visit the region. There is also a swimming pool 15 km away (Le Perle d'Eau in Lablachère) with spa and swimming pools for children. On site there is the river where you can swim, there is sand, it is a privileged area - respect nature! There are a few toys in a corner in the kitchen to play for small children. The sand is a whole part of sand and the other part with a little pebbles (sandals)
