Bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit, electric towel dryer and hair dryer
Independent toilet suspended with washbasin.
Clearance with washing machine and dryer (vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron...).
Direct access to the south/west terrace with garden furniture, parasol and charcoal barbecue.
