In a family property of one hectare in the vineyards of one of the renowned vine grower villages of Sancerre, Crezancy-en-Sancerre, we offer you to rent an independant on a walled plot of 1500 m² of gardens, orchard, terraces, a house Berrichonne independent more than 190 m², for 9 adults + BB, 4-5 bedrooms, 5 beds + 2 cots, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets.
Access to the Pool area from April to October.
All packages start from Saturdays 17h to Saturdays 9h

All the endowments of the cottage were purchased in June 2019, for its opening in July: new quality bedding, soft bed linen Percale and towels provided, the beds are made on arrival, sheets and towels Spare parts are provided weekly upon request for stays longer than one week.

The 2 tables of the 41m2 lounge : 1 table 75x150 + 1 table from 77x125, to 77x200 with the 2 wood extensions, giving you the opportunity by gathering the 2 tables, to share a meal up to 12/14 people !
On the 1st floor level, a large game area was designed with 2 tables and about 15 different games, as well as a few toys for kids.
We welcome you and can guide you in your discovery of the vineyards of Sancerre, Pouilly, Menetou-Salon and their history. You can taste these famous wines accompanied by the famous Crottin de Chavignol.

Until further notice, we ask you to respect the barrier gestures when traveling, to fold your sheets and towels by putting them in the laundry bags at the front door of the gîte. In addition, we ask you to have access to the gîte at 9 a.m. on the Saturday of your departure to begin disinfection before the arrival of the next holidaymakers at the end of the afternoon.

"Un séjour très agréable et rafraichissant"
Nous sommes arrivés dans le gîte pour profiter du cadre avec deux autres couples amis, nous avons pu tele travailler et profiter de l’espace et des vignes. La piscine est très agréable. Les propriétaires étaient très chaleureux et à l’écoute.
Logement très propre avec beaucoup d’installations. Draps bonne qualité.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances, accueillis par des hôtes charmants et toujours à l'écoute. Le gîte est très agréable et fonctionnel, situé dans un cadre enchanteur, au milieu des vignes, bien au calme.

"Un séjour au top !"
Un gîte super avec un jardin clôturé magnifique et très agréable. Une super vue. Très calme. Nous étions 5 adultes et 6 enfants et nous étions plus qu’à l’aise dans le gite. La literie est ultra confortable.
Des hôtes très accueillants et sympathiques. Ils donnent de très bons conseils gastronomiques et touristiques.

"Superbe gîte dans le Sancerrois"
Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour au mois d'août 2020 dans ce superbe gîte au milieu des vignobles. Pascale et Didier nous ont gâtés à notre arrivée avec du vin, des fromages, des oeufs etc... Le gîte est très bien équipé, la literie impeccable (grands lits confortables - ce qui est rarement le cas dans d'autres gîtes). Le jardin, superbement fleuri, est grand avec une douche solaire, très appréciable lorsqu'il fait chaud. Un potager est à disposition. Les tomates et les salades 100% bio sont succulentes. Petit plus également pour ceux qui ont des enfants: de nombreux jeux de société à disposition. N'hésitez pas à réserver ce gîte, Pascale et Didier sont des hôtes très attentifs, divertissants, de bons conseils (culinaires et autres)... aux petits soins! Grand merci pour ce séjour inoubliable ! Violaine et John nb: they speak English!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en août entre amis dans le gîte de Pascale et Didier, En plus d’un très bon accueil et de très bons conseils, nous avons été choyés par plusieurs attentions : du Sancerre, des fromages de la région … Le gîte est très bien équipé et la région est riche de choses à faire, à voir et à boire :). Nous vous recommandons chaudement ! En plus la literie est de très bonne qualité !
