Fully equipped 30 m² studio with air-conditioned bedroom on the mezzanine. The private garden is shaded and enclosed. A terrace with arbor where you can have your meals if you wish.
Private parking at the entrance to the cottage.
All on a plot of 8000m² with a diverse orchard (more than 100 species and varieties) where around fifteen poultry roam. A vegetable garden and a greenhouse planted with citrus trees occupy the rest of the land.
