La Boisselée was a former wine estate in Saint-Dyé-sur-Loire. Today it is an ideal location for relaxing in the countryside, discovering the châteaux of the Loire, especially with the Chambord park 3 km away, or even to organize an event.

Independent furnished accommodation is at your disposal and shares a large garden that will lead you to the Loire. Rentals are possible by the day or by the week and include the preparation of the accommodation, the linens and the welcome on site by the owner.

The maisonette (48 m²) overlooks the garden. You will enjoy an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a large living room accommodating up to 3 people. (One double bed, one single bed). Its sober decoration mixes the new and the old with works of artists from the village. You will be able to appreciate its charm which has crossed the ages since my great-grandmother Clémentine.

The ground floor apartment (52 m²) overlooks the garden and the inner courtyard, you will find a bedroom with a large double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, an equipped kitchen open to the living room with a convertible sofa, a bathroom bathroom and WC.

The tiny house (10 m²) is a mini chalet with a panoramic view of the Loire. This unusual accommodation is equipped with a convertible Z-bench, a kitchenette and a shower. The toilets are accessible in an outdoor shed.

The refuge (20 m²) offers an additional bedroom with rustic comfort. (No bathroom, WC outside).

Finally, the Hurtault farm on the banks of the Loire (60 m²), located 900 m from the main site, offers an additional self-catering gîte for 5 people.

All accommodations, except the most rustic, are equipped with a good level of equipment: air conditioning, High Speed WIFI (Orange 32 Mbps), TV with all pay channels, Netflix, speaker or stereo, license plate cooker, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer.
